Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and the operator of the Runsite Platform-as-a-Service (referred to as “Runsite,” “we,” or “us”).

2. The service

Runsite operates a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for deploying and hosting applications on EU-located infrastructure. The service is available at runsite.app, with documentation at docs.runsite.app and reference content at runsite.site.

3. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under your local law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

• Illegal content, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Mining cryptocurrencies, running botnets, or distributing malware.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or large-scale automated traffic targeting third parties.
• Attempting to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to other customers’ data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Pricing and billing

Current pricing is published on runsite.app. Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR. The free tier remains available without a credit card and does not expire, subject to the resource limits documented in our pricing page.

Spending limits and usage alerts are available to all paid accounts. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all application code, data, and content you upload to Runsite. We process this data only as required to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where a service-level agreement (SLA) applies, the SLA terms are published on runsite.app and form part of this agreement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk. On termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days; after that, data is permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Runsite. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the operator’s place of business, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We will post material changes here and notify registered customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
